Living well is an art that can be developed - Maya Angelou.
I moved to the U.S. from England at the age of six and grew up in eastern North Carolina. After earning both a bachelor’s and a law degree from UNC Chapel Hill, I dedicated 15 years to practicing immigration law. This career was deeply fulfilling, personal, and continues to influence much of my coaching work. When you say you have a lot on your plate—personally and professionally—I truly understand. I’ve been there, balancing commitments and responsibilities to everyone around me. As a mother of three, I searched for "balance," often finding myself succeeding in some areas while struggling in others.
Then, I realized there was another way to experience life while managing all of it—and this shift changed everything for me. It started with a commitment to myself.
I believe that when we are deeply connected to ourselves and open to growth, we create space for magic to show itself. I’m committed to continually meeting myself at the edges of my development, and in doing so, I hope to pass that magic along to you.
You have the power to live a life where you bask in the sun during moments of joy, while also embracing, feeling, and finding peace during the shadows of life. Both essential for a soul’s growth and evolution.
Your life story is unwritten.
If this resonates with you, I would love to help you find your way and watch you fly.
